Position: Logistics Customer Service Representative (Operations Assistant)

Location: Waardenburg

Availability: 40 hours per week

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly point of contact for LOGISTEED Europe B.V.'s customers. You will happily answer their questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience. With your strong communication skills and passion for service, you will thrive in this role! Additionally, you will support our team with order administration and play a crucial part in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

As part of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for:

• Informing customers and carriers about transport arrivals and departures
• Resolving bottlenecks and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Receiving and processing import/export data and entering customer and order information
• Administrative processing of orders and providing documentation
• Identifying and communicating changes in orders/addresses

Ideal Candidates:

• MBO+ (secondary vocational) level of education and thinking
• Good proficiency in MS Office
• Preferably Dutch speaking and writing
• Business level of English is a must (spoken and written)
• At least two years of experience in logistics/transport
• Residence in the region between Waardenburg and Utrecht
• Flexibility to work in Waardenburg and occasionally in De Meern
• Flexible working hours (sometimes start late shift 11:30-20:00)

Note: A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required as part of our application procedure.
