Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a global engineering and manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Service Executive, based in Chippenham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with an international presence, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions to customers worldwide.

Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently while providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

DAY TO DAY
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to completion.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Providing customers with updates regarding new and repeat orders, lead times, and deliveries.
  • Liaising with internal departments including design, production, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Managing customer records and maintaining accurate information within internal systems.
  • Raising order for new parts and update product list.
  • Resolving customer queries and investigating any order-related issues.
  • Monitoring order progress and proactively communicating updates to customers.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
  • Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment.
  • Proven experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer order management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • A proactive individual, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
