GHL Liftrucks Ltd within the Aprolis UK group seeks a Customer Service Director for Grant Handling. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across Service, Parts and Rental, driving performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

This role reports into the senior leadership team and collaborates with key partners to deliver national CS strategy. You will lead the CS teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, and align CS with growth objectives across the UK market.
