We are currently recruiting for a Reservations and Customer Service Associate to join our office in Oxford. Our focus is on delivering a high quality service - from the moment our clients make an enquiry to the moment they return home from their holiday.

Responsibilities

• Handling sales enquiries by telephone.
• Dealing with customer service matters, and ensuring prompt aftercare.
• Reservations administration.
• Processing bookings from travel agents.
• Maintaining relationships with key trade partners.

Requirements

• Have a good telephone manner.
• Be willing to share a love of travel in a customer facing role.
• Have the ability to multi task.
• Lead by example and be able to work under own initiative.
