Job Description
Role Overview 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant role with a London-based skincare firm. The client is dedicated to bringing new methodologies through research and development, as well as displaying cutting edge technology and expertise curated from around the world.
Requirements- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Experience in a related field, preferably cosmetic/plastic surgery or an aesthetic context.
- Fluency in Mandarin is desirable but not required.
