Responsibilities

• Provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations.
• Maintain control of the pool and challenge inappropriate behaviour.
• Respond to incidents by performing rescue, delivering first aid, and conducting difficult conversations with customers who are not acting safely.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed to prevent serious injuries or accidents.

• Adhere to a regular rota pattern.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or the ability to pass the course.
• Calm, confident, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining safety.
