We are offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. Where you can gain valuable experience while studying at college. Develop essential skills, work alongside a supportive team, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service. If you're eager to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you!

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5.00pm

Salary: £9.40 p/h + (up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)

The Ideal Candidate
  • Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
  • Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
  • Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
  • Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
