Customer Service & Admin Call Handler

VanRath is seeking a Call Handler in Bangor, Northern Ireland. The role involves supporting the Response Maintenance Team with administrative duties, including managing communications, scheduling, and record-keeping. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in calls or administration, be confident on the phone, and have great attention to detail. This is a permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
