9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday; 9am - 4pm Friday.

Central Bournemouth

Salary

£25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.

Role
  1. Being the first point of contact through telephone and email for new and existing customers
  2. Providing outstanding customer service
  3. Handling billing enquiries
  4. Transferring calls to team members
  5. Resolving customer complaints
  6. Dealing with customer orders
