Job Description
It is essential that you possess the following skills in order to be successful for this role:
- Substantial experience within a customer service environment dealing with members of the public both face to face and through telephone.
- Considerable amount of experience working within an office environment or similar.
- Strong knowledge of all Windows based technology.
- You should be able to demonstrate a high level of detail consciousness, to obtain full repairs information and provide accurate diagnosis.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our rapidly expanding company on a permanent basis.
Role requirements: In this role, you will respond to all calls and enquiries coming into the call centre promptly and professionally and will adhere to targets and objectives as set out by the management around average time taken on calls.
