• Managing customer queries via email and phone with speed and empathy.
• Coordinating with the business to ensure timely resolutions to customer queries.
• Tracking works and pushing for completion within 28 days.
• Keeping systems updated and KPIs on point.
• Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless service.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A cool head when handling complaints and tricky situations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills-Excel, Outlook, the works.
• Planning, organisation, and decision-making skills that keep things moving.
• A tactful, assertive, and empathetic approach to customer care.
• Team spirit and top-notch communication.
