Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Dealing with orders, deliveries and resolving customer queries on a daily basis.
  • Supporting the wider operations with daily administrative tasks.
  • Processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaising with local trade, customers, and internal teams face to face and via phone.
  • Managing documentation and general office administration including copying and filing.
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times via outbound and inbound calls.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Experience within a trade, logistics, or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
  • Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team and a self motivated work ethic.
