Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Dealing with orders, deliveries and resolving customer queries on a daily basis.
- Supporting the wider operations with daily administrative tasks.
- Processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with local trade, customers, and internal teams face to face and via phone.
- Managing documentation and general office administration including copying and filing.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times via outbound and inbound calls.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience within a trade, logistics, or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team and a self motivated work ethic.
