Customer Service / Administrator (Mandarin Speaking , Medical Practice, Glasgow)

As part of our expansion to become Scotland's leading dental company we are recruiting a mandarin speaking customer care representative to provide exceptional service to our Chinese speaking clients.

• High standard of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills and a professional and confident telephone manner
• Excellent customer care skills and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in reception role is an advantage
• Used to working under pressure
• Rights to work in the UK with a minimum of 1-year stay to be considered
