We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant for Purchase and Product Development at a Surrey-based designer product manufacturer. The role is full time and requires fluency in English and Chinese.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will oversee new product developments and plan product purchases from various Chinese manufacturers.

• Oversee new product developments.
• Plan product purchases from various Chinese manufacturers.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video production is desirable.
• Familiarity with online and social media platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAGE software is preferable.
• Excellent coordination, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in project management, including planning, kickoff, execution, Gantt charts, and reporting.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Capable of conducting pleasant, professional, and friendly conversations with all parties.
