Job Description

Customer Liaison Lead - Theatre & Sterile Services At B. Braun Sterilog (Yorkshire) Ltd, we protect and improve the health of people worldwide. We are looking for a dedicated professional who excels at building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Your Role

As a Customer Liaison Lead - Theatre & Sterile Services, you will be the trusted link between our decontamination facility and NHS theatre teams. You will support day to day service delivery, manage bespoke customer needs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation.

Key Details
  • Location: B. Braun Sterilog Facility, Pudsey and NHS customer sites - Leeds General Infirmary & St James's University Hospital.
  • Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Your Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for theatre teams and build positive relationships.
  • Handle bespoke requests and maintain clear, timely communication.
  • Lead service reviews and feedback sessions to strengthen performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the customer voice internally to drive improvements.
  • Support coordination of instrument sets and repairs.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally.

This position would suit someone who is commercially aware within the NHS, has experience of theatre operations or possesses a good understanding of decontamination processes.
