Customer Experience Advisor - Day/Night Shifts (Rotating)

Chubb Fire & Security Group in Blackburn is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Customer Excellence Team on a full-time basis. The role is 42 hours per week with rotating 4 on/4 off shifts, days and nights, office-based.

We provide full training; you will respond to inbound calls and emails, build rapport with customers, use in-house portals and Microsoft platforms, and help maintain service levels across UK National Accounts.
