Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
  • Ensure residents are aware of work processes and communicate updates or changes accordingly.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily.
  • Manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams.
  • Travel across Northeast London and Essex as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and clear, confident communication.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage potentially challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Experience in a resident liaison role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Real drive, enthusiasm, determination, initiative, independence and teamwork.
  • Public facing role requiring discretion, resilience under pressure, and ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
