Job Description
Position 
Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities- Serve as the visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
- Ensure residents are aware of work processes and communicate updates or changes accordingly.
- Provide a high standard of customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily.
- Manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams.
- Travel across Northeast London and Essex as required.
- Exceptional customer service and clear, confident communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage potentially challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience in a resident liaison role is beneficial but not essential.
- Real drive, enthusiasm, determination, initiative, independence and teamwork.
- Public facing role requiring discretion, resilience under pressure, and ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
