Customer Advisor

Up to £13.10 per hour depending on age and benefits. Positions available at 8 hours per week with flexibility required. Working Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 11pm. Morning, evening and weekend availability essential.

Location: SPAR TATES AVENUE, 252 TATES AVENUE, BELFAST, BT12 6NB.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise them on products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately and process customer transactions efficiently.
• Ensure daily stock is replenished in compliance with the company stock rotation process.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
• Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of the role.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Skills for Success

Previous retail experience is not required - training will be provided. We seek team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the best experience.
