Customer Advisor

Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits.

Part-time position available 24 hours per week, working within 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday - Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

  • Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise them about our products and services.
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure daily stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Ensure all stock displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • May be required to cover the Post Office when required.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success
  • No previous retail experience required; training provided.
  • Looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make customers smile and provide the best experience.

Working Hours
