CRM Developer

*Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer-Remote-EU*

We are looking for a Senior CRM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) to support a large-scale CRM transformation program.

The role focuses on building a modern Customer Engagement platform, replacing Legacy systems with a standardized, scalable, and secure Dynamics 365 solution.

The consultant will work fully remote, based in EU and it's a 6-month contract plus extension possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) solutions
• Configure Dataverse entities, forms, business rules, workflows, dashboards
• Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom actions, and Dataverse APIs
• Implement JavaScript customizations for CRM UI and client-side logic
• Build and maintain API-based integrations using Azure services
• Develop automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Handle data integration and transformations using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Support CI/CD pipelines, environment management, logging, and monitoring
• Ensure secure, stable, and scalable CRM platform operations
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to CRM developers
• Maintain technical and functional documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales)
• Solid experience with Dataverse configuration and customization
• Proven experience developing C#/.NET plugins and custom actions
• Experience with JavaScript in Dynamics 365
• Strong background in API integrations and Azure services
• Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise CRM environments
