The Role

• Manage customer accounts and overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans.
• Process receipts, credit notes and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Resolve customer queries.
• Prepare statements and aged debt reports.
• Monitor cash flow and customer credit limits.
• Process customer rebates.

What We're Looking For

• Credit Control experience.
• ERP experience (Intact IQ or SAP).
• Excellent customer service.
