The Role- Manage customer accounts and overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans.
- Process receipts, credit notes and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Prepare statements and aged debt reports.
- Monitor cash flow and customer credit limits.
- Process customer rebates.
- Credit Control experience.
- ERP experience (Intact IQ or SAP).
- Excellent customer service.
