CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCER

We are looking to onboard a creative, proactive, and visually driven individual to lead the creation of visual content for our campaigns and digital channels. This person will be responsible for coordinating and executing photo and video productions, as well as generating original content that conveys the visual and narrative universe of Lottusse. They will play a key role in building and evolving the brand identity through inspiring, engaging, and communicative content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideation and production of visual content for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and other communication channels.

Organization and supervision of photo and video shoots: team selection, location scouting, casting, styling, and logistics.

Production and postproduction of content (basic video editing, shot selection, color correction, etc.).

Development of digital pieces: reels, stories, editorial content, etc.

Collaboration with design, social media, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency across the brand.

Continuous proposal of new content ideas aligned with Lottusse's values and goals.

Monitoring of content trends and creative references within the fashion/lifestyle sector.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in content creation, photography, and/or audiovisual production (minimum 3 years).

Technical knowledge of photography, video, and editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

Strong visual conceptualization skills and aesthetic sensitivity aligned with fashion/premium brands.

Experience managing productions (both internal and external) from start to finish.

Proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail will be highly valued.
