Cover Supervisor

A Cover Supervisor is required to join a thriving boys' school in Plymouth on a full time basis, with a daily salary ranging from £110 to £150. This role involves supervising classes during the short term absence of teaching staff, delivering pre prepared lesson materials, and managing classroom conduct to keep students engaged.

The school seeks a confident, reliable professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage groups of secondary aged pupils. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, a calm demeanour, and strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during the short term absence of teaching staff
• Deliver pre prepared lesson materials
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to keep students engaged and focused throughout the lesson
• Maintain high educational standards and support students to achieve their full potential
