Payrate: £95 - £110 per day

Are you reliable and confident in managing classrooms? GSL Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide high-quality classroom supervision across secondary schools in Rotherham from September 2025. If you enjoy supporting learning and maintaining a positive environment, this role is ideal.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring behaviour and learning continue smoothly
• Support students with tasks and activities set by the teacher
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any behavioural issues to the relevant staff
• Assist with general school duties as required

Requirements:
• Experience working in schools or supervising young people preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• DBS registered on the Update Service
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions
