Court of Protection Associate Solicitor - Manchester - Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A leading law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor in Manchester to join its award-winning Private Client team.
As a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor in Manchester, you'll manage a high-quality caseload of Property and Affairs matters while supporting the growth of a well-established and highly regarded team.
This role offers excellent progression, strong supervision opportunities and access to complex, high-value work.
The Role- Managing a caseload of Property and Affairs Court of Protection matters
- Handling high-value and complex applications
- Supporting clients, families and professional deputies
- Supvising and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with senior colleagues on complex cases
- Ensuring work is delivered efficiently and profitably
- Maintaining high levels of client care
- Supporting team growth and development
- 4+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Court of Protection or Private Client
- Experience handling Property and Affairs COP matters
- Strong client care and commercial awareness
- Confident managing deadlines and caseloads
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Collaborative and professional approach
- Experience supervising junior staff desirable
- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
