We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Country Manager Netherlands to lead our expansion into one of the biggest pet markets in Europe. In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll take full ownership of scaling Just Russel in Netherlands - with the ambition to 3x our market growth year over year. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, growth, operations, and customer success, backed by a fast-moving team and a product-market fit that is already proven.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage performance marketing, local campaigns, and partnerships
• Monitor key metrics like CAC, LTV, churn - and optimize accordingly.
• Identify and adapt product-market fit for the Dutch market.
• Work closely with product, tech, and ops to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Build and grow a local team over time, starting as a "player-coach."
• Represent the Just Russel brand in local media, press, and events.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or growth roles.
• Experience in a Dutch D2C or subscription-based scale-up is a strong plus.
• Strong command of performance metrics like CAC, LTV, retention, and payback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.

• You're both a thinker and a doer: from building strategies to launching campaigns yourself.
• Data-driven decision maker: you trust numbers over opinions.

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a scale-up environment.
