Costs Team Leader - Medical Negligence

Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking an experienced Costs Team Leader to guide a national Costs Team aligned to Medical Negligence work. You will supervise Trainees, Draftsmen and Costs Lawyers, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong technical standards across complex, high-value matters.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, oversee Bills of Costs and court pleadings, and drive continuous improvement in processes, data accuracy and forecasting.
