This is an opportunity to take a senior role across complex restructuring, liquidation, M&A and business transformation engagements, working with investment funds, corporates, investors and other key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead liquidation engagements, primarily involving investment funds, across the full lifecycle from asset realisation strategy through to divestment, liability settlement, claims management and final closure.
  • Lead and coordinate restructuring processes, working alongside accounting, tax, valuation and legal specialists to maximise recovery and deliver robust solutions.
  • Drive key workstreams including portfolio sales and M&A processes, covering buyer identification, negotiations, due diligence, transaction documentation and deal execution.
  • Develop and oversee financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modelling and contingency planning.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Translate complex financial and operational issues into clear, actionable plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage financial, regulatory, operational and legal risks throughout engagements.
What we're looking for
  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in liquidation, restructuring, corporate turnaround, M&A, debt advisory or a similar environment.
  • Experience gained within a professional services/advisory firm, investment bank, financial institution or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and liquidation processes, ideally with direct experience managing complex engagements.
  • Proven experience leading restructuring workstreams or asset realisation programmes.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, structured and detail-oriented approach with a strong risk-management mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA and an insolvency/restructuring qualification would be advantageous.
