A well-regarded and ambitious law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established and growing corporate team.

The Role

You'll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• M&A (share and asset sales and acquisitions)
• Private equity and investment work
• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• Corporate restructurings and shareholder matters

The role offers genuine responsibility, early client exposure and the chance to work closely with experienced partners on a mix of regional, national and international transactions.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Solid experience across M&A and general corporate matters
• Comfortable managing transactions with appropriate supervision
• Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused
• Keen to develop within a collaborative and forward-thinking team
