What You'll Do
* Oversee and manage the external client rebates team, setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and ensuring operational excellence within the rebates function

* Lead the financial and regulatory reporting processes for Irish entities, including preparation of annual/interim reports, regulatory filings, audit coordination, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations

* Own capital and liquidity management, including forecasting, monitoring capital adequacy, stress testing, and collaborating with Enterprise Risk Management and other internal teams

* Prepare board and committee reporting, ensure effective third-party oversight, track service level agreements, and support month-end accounting and financial control activities across UK and European entities

* Stay abreast of regulatory and accounting changes, advise leadership on technical updates, enhance process controls, recommend efficiency improvements, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships

What You Bring
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 2 - 3 years PQE

* Asset management/investment-fund experience preferred or strong financial services background

* Proven regulatory reporting experience

* Demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience

* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
