What You'll Do
* Lead corporate and people tax matters across Europe, serving as the main contact for strategic and operational tax issues, including residency, permanent establishment, transfer pricing, R&D, and tax audits
* Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance and controls for multiple European entities, ensuring accurate filings, robust governance, and proactive tax-risk management
* Advise on employee mobility, travel, and cross-border employment tax issues, partnering closely with HR, Global Payroll, and Global Mobility on payroll, social security, expatriate, and contractor (IR35) matters
* Monitor and interpret European tax legislation, assessing business impacts and driving implementation of required changes and process/technology improvements
* Support strategic corporate initiatives and a wide range of tax-related projects, providing flexible expertise to meet evolving business priorities

What You Bring
* Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) - with relevant asset management tax or accounting experience
* Big 4 experience
* Service-provider background
* Financial services (FS) experience
* Effective stakeholder-management skills
