Salary: £36,000 £43,000 ( £2,000 London weighting if applicable)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: London (NW1) or Huddersfield (HD1) Hybrid (minimum 1 day/week in office)

We are thrilled to be working with Guts UK, the only UK charity funding research into the entire digestive system, to find a talented Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager. With a bold new five-year strategy and ambitious growth plans, this is a fantastic time to join their small, passionate team.
This newly created role is ideal for someone with solid experience in corporate partnerships and major donor fundraising. You will lead the development and delivery of Guts UK s corporate and philanthropy programme, securing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare brands, and HNWIs. They will craft compelling proposals, build long-term relationships, and help shape the charity s fundraising strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Fundraising Manager and CEO.
This role suits someone entrepreneurial and proactive, who thrives in a small, growing team and is excited to make a visible impact.
To be successful as the Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager you will need:
- Strong experience in corporate or major donor fundraising
- Proven track record of securing five-figure strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strategic, creative mindset and collaborative approach
