Job Description

The Corporate Partner will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• On boarding and bringing your own clients and contacts
• Supporting the existing Partners in the Corporate team with management of juniors
• Advising on a range of Corporate transactions including PE and M & A
• Developing and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Partner should have:

• A strong track record working as a Corporate LD or Partner
• Be able to bring your own clients
• Ideally a background in PE work
• Experience in leading legal teams and managing complex transactions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ties to Leeds
