We are supporting a large UK organisation delivering a major transformation of its HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain services through modern digital platforms and automation.

They are seeking a Functional Analyst to join the product team responsible for key enterprise applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support solution design and functional specifications
• Work with technical teams on system changes and integrations
• Support UAT, releases and post-implementation reviews
• Produce documentation, process maps and user guides
• Support stakeholders across HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or SME role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Experience with enterprise platforms (eg Oracle, ERP Cloud, SaaS)
• Understanding of business processes across HR, Finance or Supply Chain
• Experience with UAT, testing and documentation
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows and governance
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, change environments

Desirable

• Cloud/SaaS experience
• Reporting or BI tools
• Certifications (BA, PM, or platform specific)
• Public sector or large enterprise experience
