We're working with a high-growth, private equity-backed corporate finance firm that's carving out an impressive name for themselves. Following continued success and fresh investment, they're looking to bring on board an experienced M&A Partner or Director to help shape the next chapter of their story.

The Opportunity

This is one for the entrepreneurial dealmakers. You'll be joining a firm with serious momentum, strong backing, a growing national footprint, and the autonomy to drive this business forward.

You'll lead on all transactions, managing everything from origination through to close.

The role:

• Originate and execute M&A mandates across a range of sectors
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships across both corporate and private equity
• Build out, lead and develop a talented deal team
• Contribute to the firm's strategic growth and positioning
• Enjoy genuine autonomy, with the support and resources of a PE-backed platform

About You

You'll already be an established M&A Director or Partner, ideally with a strong track record in the Irish market and their own network. Whether you're from a boutique, a Top 6 corporate finance team, or another independent advisory, what matters is your ability to win and deliver.

You'll likely bring:

• A proven record of originating and completing transactions
• An existing client network and strong professional relationships
• A commercial, hands-on approach and the confidence to shape strategy
• The drive to build something meaningful, not just maintain the status quo
