Cook/Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Cook / Chef at The Mains of Drum Garden Centre in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire.

In this role, the successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will include:

- Preparation and production of food, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes

- Assist in planning and create menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences

- Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and organised

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
-Experience of working in a commercial kitchen is essential

You will be working in a professional kitchen with a fresh food focus, we take great pride in delivery the highest quality dishes to our customers so we do not allow substandard food to leave our kitchen.

This is a full time position (40 hours) 8.00 to 16.30, Monday to Sunday on rota. With a weekend on / weekend off working pattern.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.25-£13.75 per hour
