Location: London

Salary: £80,000-£90,000 (OTE £100,000) + Training on Pricing + Progression to CEO + Performance Bonus

Are you a Contracts Manager from the construction industry looking to step into a senior role with an established basement contractor offering training on pricing and building basement projects and clear progression to CEO/Director level? This growing specialist in basement construction works across a diverse portfolio of residential projects in and around London. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for technical excellence, the company offers a dynamic environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

• Site visits to build strong relationships with clients and homeowners
• Prepare accurate tender proposals and explain the quotation
• Receive training on building basements and pricing projects
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Performance bonus scheme - OTE £100,000

The Person

• Qualified Contracts Manager
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Commutable to Watford and willing to visit sites around London and the Home Counties
