We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading developer, with 6 sites due to start between January and June next year across Kildare and Westmeath.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple sites
• Manage the design process from the planning permission stage
• Drive architects, engineers and other stakeholders to deliver on time
• Lead project teams and control programme and cost

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Manager experience, strong on delivery
• Essential: experience managing design from planning stage
• Very technical, and confident leading design teams
