Contracts Manager Kildare / Westmeath

€120,000 - €140,000

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading developer, with 6 sites due to start between January and June next year across Kildare and Westmeath.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery across multiple sites
Manage the design process from the planning permission stage
Drive architects, engineers and other stakeholders to deliver on time
Lead project teams and control programme and cost

Skills & Qualifications

Proven Contracts Manager experience, strong on delivery
Essential: experience managing design from planning stage
Very technical, and confident leading design teams
