We're working with a highly regarded regional law firm looking to expand its growing Contentious Probate team with the appointment of an ambitious Paralegal.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist disputes team acting on a broad range of contentious probate, trust and inheritance matters. Working alongside experienced lawyers, you'll gain hands on exposure to complex, high quality work while benefiting from excellent mentoring and long term career development.

You will support on a wide range of matters, including:

• Will validity disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Executor and trustee disputes
• Trust and estate litigation
• Court applications and procedural matters
• Trial preparation, disclosure and document management

You'll also assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence, liaise with clients, counsel and third parties, and play an active role in progressing matters from inception through to resolution.

What could make you stand out?

• Previous experience in contentious probate, litigation or dispute resolution.
• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• A strong interest in contentious probate and private wealth disputes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
