Job Description
- Lead and develop high-performing content teams across multiple client accounts
- Oversee the delivery of content updates, NPIs, SKU/ASIN uploads, and related operational activity
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence across all content outputs
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused team culture
- Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and guidance
- Develop and optimise scalable content workflows and operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Drive consistency and best practice across content operations
- Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve delivery challenges
- Lead initiatives focused on automation, AI adoption, and workflow optimisation
- Evaluate tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Help shape the future direction of content operations through innovation and continuous improvement
- Encourage a forward-thinking and process-driven mindset across the team
- Support client meetings and contribute to content strategy discussions
- Act as a key operational contact for content-related queries and escalations
- Translate client objectives into clear delivery plans and operational priorities
- Support resource planning, forecasting, and budget management across projects
- Experience managing or leading content, digital operations, or eCommerce teams
- Strong operational and organisational skills, with experience managing workflows and resourcing
- Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable ways of working
- Experience with content platforms, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflows
- Confident communicator with experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines, or project delivery
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience within eCommerce, retail, or digital agency environments is advantageous
