Construction Tutor

Overview

Location: West Midlands. Temporary role. Pay: £30-35 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The Construction Tutor will deliver practical, industry focused education to students in the College. The role involves planning and delivering lessons following the college's schemes of learning, helping students to achieve excellent results, and promoting student engagement.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification or higher in construction, architecture, or related field, with extensive industry experience considered.
• Level 3 assessing qualification such as CAVA.
• Level 3 City & Guilds in area of expertise.
• GCSE Maths and English, level 4 or above.
• Excellent understanding of current trends in construction.
• Experience teaching in further education is desirable.
