Construction Project Manager (Junior)

Construction Project Manager (Junior) required for a leading Main Contractor to assist in the delivery of Pharmaceutical Project in Cork.

Duties

• Support the Project Manager and Site Managers in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Assist in implementing the Company's Cost & Value Management procedures and support in the preparation of commercial reports.
• Facilitate coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for review by Senior Management.
• Identify and elevate potential risks or issues, proposing effective solutions.

Requirements

• 3rd Level Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year experience in construction, preferably with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Package

• Basic salary €45k - €55k DOE
