Job Description

Construction Project Manager (Junior)

Construction Project Manager (Junior) required for a leading Main Contractor to assist in the delivery of Pharmaceutical Project in Cork.

Duties

Support the Project Manager and Site Managers in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Assist in implementing the Company's Cost & Value Management procedures and support in the preparation of commercial reports.
Facilitate coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
Prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for review by Senior Management.
Identify and elevate potential risks or issues, proposing effective solutions.

Requirements

3rd Level Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
1 year experience in construction, preferably with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
Proven ability to contribute effectively to multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
