What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you'll gain exposure to:

• Site management and project delivery
• Planning and programme management
• Commercial and cost control processes
• Client and subcontractor coordination
• Quality assurance and health & safety management
• Digital construction technologies and reporting
• Sustainable construction practices

You'll work closely with experienced project teams who will mentor and support your development throughout your journey.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Degree (or expected degree) in:
  o Construction Management
  o Civil Engineering
  o Quantity Surveying
  o Building Surveying
  o Architectural Technology
  o Related Construction Discipline
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one)

We'd Love To See

• Placement experience
• Knowledge of construction software and digital tools
• Passion for delivering high-quality projects
• Interest in progressing towards professional accreditation (CIOB, ICE, RICS, etc.)
