What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you'll gain exposure to:
- Site management and project delivery
- Planning and programme management
- Commercial and cost control processes
- Client and subcontractor coordination
- Quality assurance and health & safety management
- Digital construction technologies and reporting
- Sustainable construction practices
You'll work closely with experienced project teams who will mentor and support your development throughout your journey.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Degree (or expected degree) in:
o Construction Management
o Civil Engineering
o Quantity Surveying
o Building Surveying
o Architectural Technology
o Related Construction Discipline - Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one)
We'd Love To See
- Placement experience
- Knowledge of construction software and digital tools
- Passion for delivering high-quality projects
- Interest in progressing towards professional accreditation (CIOB, ICE, RICS, etc.)
