As our Conference/Event Producer, you ll take paid corporate events from brief to delivery-managing projects, budgets, suppliers, and client relationships. You ll collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
What you ll do- Plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences and exhibitions from start to finish
- Manage project meetings and teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Source, negotiate, and manage venues, suppliers, and budgets
- Oversee onsite delivery, solve problems, and communicate with clients
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Events agency experience (essential)
- Experience managing budgets £250K+ (essential)
- Proven experience delivering paid corporate events
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong project and decision-making skills
- Creative eye and willingness to learn basic design software
- Ability to travel for site inspections and event delivery
- Relationship builder who collaborates across teams
