Conference/Event Producer (Agency)

As our Conference/Event Producer, you ll take paid corporate events from brief to delivery-managing projects, budgets, suppliers, and client relationships. You ll collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences and exhibitions from start to finish
• Manage project meetings and teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Source, negotiate, and manage venues, suppliers, and budgets
• Oversee onsite delivery, solve problems, and communicate with clients
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Events agency experience (essential)
• Experience managing budgets £250K+ (essential)
• Proven experience delivering paid corporate events
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong project and decision-making skills
• Creative eye and willingness to learn basic design software
• Ability to travel for site inspections and event delivery
• Relationship builder who collaborates across teams
