Job Description

The Role:

The Compliance Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring that all healthcare professionals placed in permanent roles meet regulatory, legal, and client-specific compliance standards. This role supports the recruitment team by managing candidate documentation, verifying credentials, and ensuring adherence to Irish healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and verify candidate documentation
  • Ensure all candidates meet requirements set by regulatory bodies to work in Ireland
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records in compliance systems
  • Ensure all compliance files are audit-ready and GDPR compliant
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Identify and resolve compliance gaps before candidate placement
  • Work closely with clients and recruiters to ensure timely onboarding of candidates
  • Liaise with clients and candidates to chase outstanding documents
  • Ensure processes align with General Data Protection Regulation requirements
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of three years experience preferably in compliance, administration, Knowledge of Irish healthcare compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate files simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland
Desirable
  • Experience in permanent healthcare recruitment
  • Understanding of Irish employment permits/visa compliance
  • Experience working with HSE frameworks or private healthcare providers
